Intake is confidential – when you call our office, if you ask for Intake you do not have to give your name to the receptionist. You will be forwarded to a Social Worker who will assist you with your questions. Call us at 250-544-1400.

To report a child protection concern, please call the BC hotline 1-800-663-9122 This line is monitored 24/7/365.
