Nurturing our children through community

Learning Sessions

Are you a community member of Beecher Bay, Pauquachin, Tsartlip, Tseycum, Tsawout, T’Sou-ke or Songhees?

We are looking for homes on and off reserve.

Would you like to be a safe home for our community children that cannot live at home? We are in need of homes for the long term, for short term (respite) or in an emergency.

Are you patient, understanding and do you love children? Do you think it is important that Coast Salish children are involved with their culture and traditions? Would you honour the birth parents even though they cannot live with their child?

If you or someone you know wants to learn more about becoming a foster parent, please join us for one of these seven learning sessions below:

  • Wednesday, August 2 at 7 pm
  • Wednesday, August 9 at 12 noon
  • Wednesday September 13 at 9:30 am
  • Wednesday September 20 at 7 pm
